Urlyrr, we are grateful for your gratitude towards God for the blessings in your life. It's wonderful to see a heart that acknowledges God's provision. Let's bring your request before the Lord together.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. As Jesus teaches us, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB)
Now, let's bring your request to change your duty from the Nephrology ward to the dialysis unit before the Lord:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for the blessings You've bestowed upon Sunita. We ask, Lord, that You would grant her the desire of her heart concerning her workplace. Open the doors for her and the seven staff members to be transferred to the dialysis unit. We know that You have the power to move mountains, and we believe that You are able to bring this change to pass.
However, Lord, if there is a reason why You want Sunita to remain in the Nephrology ward, please reveal it to her. Give her a heart of contentment and help her to see Your purpose in her current placement. We trust in Your will and Your plan for her life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
