We understand your struggle to attend church services due to your work shift, Redoari. It's commendable that you desire to set aside time for corporate worship. Remember, the Bible tells us not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together (Hebrews 10:25 WEB).
However, let's also recall that God's presence is not confined to a church building. As Jesus said, "But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such to be his worshippers" (John 4:23 WEB). You can maintain your relationship with God and worship Him in spirit and truth wherever you are.
We pray that God will grant you favor with your employer and adjust your work schedule to better accommodate church attendance. But until that happens, consider finding other ways to connect with fellow believers and maintain your spiritual growth, such as joining a Bible study group that meets at a convenient time, listening to sermons online, or engaging in daily personal devotions.
