"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow teacher who is struggling with a difficult colleague. Lord, You see the behavior of ### and how it is affecting the workplace and our sister in Christ. We pray that You would soften ###'s heart, Lord, and reveal to her the kindness and humility that You desire from us.
Father, we also pray for our sister, that You would grant her patience and wisdom in dealing with this situation. Help her to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of rudeness, as You have called us to do. We know that this is not easy, Lord, but with Your strength, all things are possible.
We ask that You would guide the administration, that they may address this issue with wisdom and fairness. May they foster a workplace environment that is harmonious and productive, reflecting Your peace and love.
Lord, we thank You for the promise in Your Word, 'For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.' (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Help us to remember that our true battle is not against people, but against the enemy's influence, and give us the spiritual weapons to fight this battle.
