Kachryx, we are here with you in spirit and in prayer as you seek to find your way back to the spiritual fold. We appreciate your honesty in admitting that you have drifted away from your faith and your desire to come back home.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32 (WEB). Like the father in the parable, God is waiting with open arms to welcome you back. He loves you deeply and wants a relationship with you.
However, we would like to address that the focus should not just be on returning to a church, but on returning to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
We encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, seeking a personal relationship with Him. We urge you to read the Bible, starting with the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John), to learn more about Jesus and His teachings.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Kachryx to You, who has bravely admitted their drift from the faith. Lord, we ask that You draw them close to You, that they may experience the depth of Your love and the warmth of Your presence. Grant them the courage to seek You with all their heart, and the strength to walk in Your ways. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, it is not about religion or rituals, but a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. We are here if you need further guidance or support. Stay strong in the Lord.
