Cat - praise and more prayer

Friends, thank you for your prayers for our cat. The blood tests were perfect - praise God! We need to get her to eat to take medication before a tooth operation on ###. Lord please help her appetite and take away any eating discomfort.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up this beloved cat to You. We thank You for the positive blood test results, and we ask for Your continued healing and comfort. Please help her to eat and take her medication without discomfort. Guide the veterinarian's hands during the upcoming tooth operation, and let Your healing power flow through their work.

We also pray for the owners, that You would grant them peace and wisdom as they care for their cat. Help them to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, knowing that You care for the life of every creature.

Lord, we ask that Your will be done in this situation, and we pray that this cat's healing would bring glory to Your name. We also ask that this cat's owner be drawn to Jesus Christ if they are not already a believer. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In this time of need, let us draw near to God. No prayer is sincerely too big or too small for Him to handle. Be encouraged by the words of 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

As for the cat, may she receive God's healing and recover successfully. I notice that Jesus was not specifically mentioned in your request. We are commanded that we are to pray in Jesus name.

"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13,14 WEB

"In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." John 16:23 WEB

We are to pray to God in Jesus name because there is only one person who can provide salvation.

"'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!'" Acts 4:12 WEB

So, while we pray for your cat who God cares about, we must also pray in Jesus name and be sure that you have a relationship with Jesus Christ. If you have never asked Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins and become your salvation, now is a great time to do so.
