We understand that you are seeking prayer for your job as a cashier, and you've asked for wisdom, insight, and knowledge to perform your duties without problems. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God and receive His blessings. As the Bible tells us, "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1Tim. 2:5, WEB). We are also told that whatever we ask in His name, He will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13, WEB).
Let's pray for your work situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer who is working as a cashier. We pray that You grant them the wisdom, insight, and knowledge they need to perform their job excellently. Help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and kindness to their colleagues and customers.
Father, we know that whatever we do, we should do it heartily, as unto You, not unto men (Colossians 3:23). Help our dear friend to maintain this perspective, finding purpose and joy in their work. We also pray for their protection, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
