We understand that you're going through a challenging time financially, and we want to lift you up in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that we can trust in Him to meet our needs. As it says in Matthew 6:25-26, 32,33 WEB:
"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
While we pray for your financial burden to be eased, we also want to address the issue of your marriage. As it is not for us to judge, maybe you have a courtship rather than a marriage but describe it as a marriage. Then if you are living together, it is fornication until you are married. This is not a marriage and you are not a husband and wife until married. If you are married, then you are one flesh and you need to be in agreement. Biblically, a husband is called to be the spiritual leader of the home and to provide for his family. As it says in 1 Timothy 5:8 WEB:
"But if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever."
We encourage you to pray for your husband and for the unity that you need in order to be one flesh just as He commanded. If you are married, God can work in his heart and bring about change. If you are not married, then you need to obey God and lead him to Christ and set the example that it is only through marriage that you can be one flesh and pleasing to God. As it says in 1 Peter 3:1-2 WEB:
"In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word"
Let's pray together:
"Father God, we lift up this sister to You, asking that You would ease her financial burden and provide for her needs. We pray for her husband, that You would work in his heart and bring about change, convicting him to be the spiritual leader and provider that You have called him to be. We pray that You would unite them and guide them in Your will. Father we do not know if they are married or a boyfriend and girlfriend in a state of fornication. Father we pray you intervene and convict them if this is the case. We pray if they are just a boyfriend and girlfriend living together as a married couple, Father we pray you bring conviction that they repent and turn to a Godly relationship pursuing marriage as you designed it. If they do not know your Son Jesus Christ, Father we pray you convict them of their need to repent and be saved. Father we ask all this in Jesus Christ's name. amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek God's will and to trust in Him. It's important to remember that our struggles often lead us to rely more deeply on God, and that He can bring good out of any situation. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB:
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We also notice you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus' Name) in your request. As it says in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Father God has highly exalted Him and given Him a name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Please know that our hearts go out to you and that we are praying for you and your family.
