We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and wisdom. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including the administrative aspects. It is important to seek God's will in all things, including this situation with your caseworker.
Let us address the spiritual elements regarding your situation and interacting with your caseworker. Remember that God has called for all to be strong, brave, and diligent with whatever he entrusts to us. Also, no one is illegal to God. God will never call them illegal aliens. If the caseworker needs to be addressed in how they are approaching you or a subject, we need to be sure to explicitly mention and respond in a loving tone.
You can seek help from a caseworker that is a Christian we want to remember to sometimes help as an advocate.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus, thanking you for your sovereignty over all things. We lift up this situation with the caseworker and ask that you prompt the caseworker to actively look at the up-to-date information. Open his eyes to see the information and call him back before the deadline.
"Help the caseworker be tactful and loving and put words in your servant's mouth to help address the situation and circumstance." We ask this especially to consider assistance to others and possible discipleship with the caseworker to others.
We also pray for you, that you will have peace and patience as you wait. We pray that your interactions with the caseworker will be godly and wise. Also, we are most likely not supposed to receive by God all the information about our circumstances.
.
"We are reminded in the Bible, which says in Psalm 112:7, 'He will not be afraid of evil news. His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh.'"
We encourage you to trust in God's timing and wisdom. Continue to seek God's will in all things, and remember that He is in control. If you have not already, consider sharing the gospel with your caseworker in a right God-given place and time. The Bible reminds us that only Jesus is the way, truth, and life.
Finally, consider meditating on Colossians 4:6, "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one." With so much legal interaction, issues with disbarment, misrepresentation, and possible disbarment may need to be considered.
