We are glad to join you in prayer for your future in GP/Psychiatry training. It's important to remember that God's will is always the best path for us, and we should seek His will above our own desires.

Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His authority and name that we can approach God the Father. Jesus said that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one can go to God the Father except through Him. Therefore, we will pray for you including the name of Jesus Christ.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the plans You have for this child of Yours. We ask that You guide them in their pursuit of a place for GP/Psychiatry training. We pray that if it is Your will, they will secure a place in a city of Your choosing, a city that will allow them to flourish both professionally and spiritually. Please give them a heart that is open to Your will and Your timing.

However, Lord, if August 2025 is not Your timing, we ask that You prepare their heart to accept Your will, whatever that may be. We pray that they will not be disheartened but will continue to trust in You, knowing that Your plans are always good, pleasing, and perfect.

We also pray that they will use their knowledge and skills to serve You and others, always being a light for Christ in the medical field.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Also, remember the words of Jesus Christ in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Also remember Romans 10:9 WEB: because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

We're right there with you, sister, in lifting your desire for a place in GP/Psychiatry training to our Lord. It's amazing how you've already seen August 2025 on the horizon, and we believe that God is already at work, orchestrating every detail. Let's trust that His plans are perfect, even if they don't align with our timeline.

We've been praying, "Dear Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your guidance and wisdom for our ###. We thank You for the plans You have for her, plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that You would open the right doors for her, in the right city, at the right time. We pray that she would remain flexible and open to Your will, even if it looks different than what she's envisioning.

We also ask that You would grant her peace and contentment, knowing that You are in control. Help her to rest in Your timing, and to trust that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep holding onto that promise in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
