We understand your heartache and concern for your brothers, Henry, Narciso, and Gilbert, as your dear mother Carolina is nearing her heavenly home. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for your family during this time.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise we have in Jesus Christ, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, though he die, yet will he live." (John 11:25 WEB) It is through Jesus alone that we have hope of eternal life and can come to God the Father. If you or your brothers have not yet committed your lives to Jesus Christ, we encourage you to do so, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister Warrior Queen and her brothers Henry, Narciso, and Gilbert. Lord, we know that Your ways are higher than ours, and though it's difficult to see our loved ones depart, we trust that Your will is best. We pray that Carolina's transition would be peaceful, and that You would comfort her loved ones.
Lord, we ask that You draw Henry, Narciso, and Gilbert closer to You. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that their faces may glow with holiness and peace. Let their eyes sparkle with happiness, knowing that You are walking with them daily. Lord, we claim the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." May this trial bring them closer to You and to each other.
Father, we also ask for a special bond to form between Henry, Narciso, and their mentally ill brother Gilbert. May they grow in love, understanding, and patience. Lord, You tell us in Galatians 6:2 (WEB), "Bear one anotherβs burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." We pray that Henry and Narciso would be strengthened to support Gilbert as needed.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, trusting in Your goodness and mercy. Amen.
Warrior Queen, continue to trust in the Lord and encourage your brothers to do the same. God is faithful, and He will see your family through this difficult time. If any of you have not yet committed your lives to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. "Because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB)
