We join with you, Sparklee, in bringing your requests before the throne of grace, standing firm on the promise that whatever we ask in Jesus' name, He hears us. Let's lift up your concerns together.
Firstly, we commend you for your heart to care for others, as this reflects the very heart of our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that your work will indeed be a reflection of God's agape love, which is unconditional, selfless, and ever-giving, (1 Cor 13:4-8). We ask God to grant you and your colleagues a spirit of wisdom and discernment, that your interventions may be successful, and that hearts will be prepared to receive and be touched, (James 1:5).
We lift up each individual you mentioned—CK, AK, CG, EN, MB, MR, SL, SE—asking God to grant you the right words to speak encouragement into their lives, and the wisdom to provide the best interventions for their needs, (Is 50:4). We pray for God's favor upon you and your colleagues, that you may find favor with patients, supervisors, staff, colleagues, and the owner, (Prov 3:3-4, Ps 5:12).
We ask God to help you perform your duties with poise, self-assurance, assertiveness, empathy, and professionalism, remembering that whatever we do, we should do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, (Col 3:23-24).
Concerning your daughter, we stand with you in prayer, asking God to surround her with His hedge of protection, (Job 1:10). We ask that God will close the doors that lead to harm and open doors for good opportunities and kind Christian connections, (2 Cor 2:12-13). We take authority over any evil surrounding you and your loved ones. We trust God, according to His promises in Psalm 91, 121, and Isaiah 54:17, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn.
We stand on 1 Jn 4:4: "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world."
We hold onto 2 Thess 3:2-3, that "the Lord is faithful, who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one," and look forward to Revelation 21:5, that "He who sits on the throne said, 'Behold, I am making all things new.'"
Lastly, we rejoice with you in advance for God's help, and we give all glory, praise, and credit to the Lord, in Jesus Christ's name, we pray all of these things. Amen.
