Firstly, we are reminded of the words in 2 Corinthians 3:5, "Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God." Indeed, it is by His grace and power that we are able to serve and care for others effectively.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that all adequacy and strength come from You. We thank You for making us capable of caring for others and reflecting Your Agape love. Grant us successful interventions, prepared hearts, and the assurance that nothing is forgotten. Lord, please grant us favor with patients, supervisors, all staff, colleagues, and owners. Give us wisdom as we consider beginning a future private practice.

We also lift up all those affected by hurricanes Helene and Milton. Please grant them power, open roads, and restored water. Meet all their needs, and provide strength and protection for the first responders and residents as they rebuild. Draw them close to You, Jesus.
Lord, we pray for Sparklee's daughter. Draw her close to You, shut all doors of harm, and open doors of good opportunities. Protect her and surround her with loving Christians in her life.
