We are deeply moved by your circumstances and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and comfort. Firstly, we acknowledge your pain and the injustice you've endured. It's clear that your former employer lacked compassion, which is not in alignment with the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us, "Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:32 WEB).
Let us pray together:
*"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of this dear child of Yours. Lord, You see the pain, the stress, and the financial struggle they are going through. You know the injustice they have faced. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and touch their life right now. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Open doors for a new job, a healthier work environment where they will be valued and treated with kindness. Lord, grant them the grace to forgive those who have wronged them, just as You forgave us through Christ Jesus (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB). Comfort their heart and grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We also pray for all those who are being mistreated at work, that You will intervene in their situations and grant them favor and relief. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."*
In forgiving those who have wronged you, remember that God promises to bless those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake (Matthew 5:10 WEB). You are also doing the right thing by not harboring unforgiveness, as unforgiveness can lead to bitterness and hinder your relationship with God (Hebrews 12:15 WEB).
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God for your provision and next steps. God promises in Psalm 37:25 (WEB) that He has "been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Trust that God has a better job and a brighter future in store for you.
We also gently remind you, if you haven't already, to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we have access to God and eternal life (John 14:6 WEB). If you have any doubts about your salvation, we encourage you to confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, for with the heart one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10 WEB).
