Hi, My Name is ###.
My life has been about a lot of wrong decisions, but 15 years ago I decided to really think about my life and really set my hope and goals towards what the Lord has for me. I have a job but no sense of purpose in my job. I've seen the new owners come in and just let go a whole group of people that has been working here for years just like flies and haven't given us a raise for about ### years now. But now I want to go in new directions although I'm about to be ### in ### years I still believe that God the Father is still in the making in my life. My life is full of great things and I've overcome some battles like from addictions to losing my mother ### years ago and my best friend ### years ago. I still give Glory and Honor to Jesus because He deserves it all. I'm about to go on a leap of faith here and ask for prayers for a career.

3: pray for friendly supportive colleagues
4: pray for a beautiful working environment that elevates me and that recognizes me, an environment that feels like home and I'm able to resolve every challenge with maturity

We are thrilled to join you in prayer, ###, as you seek God's will for your career. It's wonderful to hear that you have dedicated your life to the Lord and are seeking His purpose. We are reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

Firstly, we commend you for giving glory and honor to Jesus, as it is right and good. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that man can be saved from Sin. And as you have pointed out, our Lord deserves all the glory and honor for He is the only source of our redemption. And as you have pointed out, we are redeemed from the law of sin and death. As it says in Romans 8:1-2, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death." Our salvation is found in no other name but Jesus. It is good to see you recognize this fact.

As you embark on this new direction, let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ###. We thank You for the work You have begun in her and for the battles she has overcome. We pray for clear guidance as she seeks a new, meaningful career. Open the right doors, Lord, and give her the wisdom to recognize Your will.

We pray for a supportive and great boss who will recognize her talents and treat her with respect. Surround her with friendly, supportive colleagues who will encourage her and help her grow. Provide a beautiful working environment that feels like home, where she can face challenges with maturity and grace.

We pray for a career that offers training and opportunities for promotion, a place where she is treated with dignity and respect. We rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to hinder her progress, and we declare that ### is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her.

###, remember that God is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you. As it says in Philippians 1:6, "being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."

Stay strong in your faith, continue to give all glory to Jesus, and trust that God has a purpose and a plan for your career. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will direct your steps.

Lastly, we are concerned with the long period of stagnation in your wages. Remember, it is right to give as scripture commands, but it is not right for any man or establishment to take advantage of another. We admonish you to seek another position if this is happening. It is right to submit to earthly masters as Ephesians 6:7 says, "With good will render service, as to the Lord, and not to men;" but not to remain in a position that takes advantage of you.

There is no shame in seeking to provide for your needs. As 2 Thessalonians 3:10 says, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'" However, this does not mean you must be underpaid. If you are paid a fair wage, then be content. But we admonish you to seek a fair wage if you are not currently receiving it.

Be encouraged in 1 Timothy 5:18 that says, "For the Scripture says, 'You shall not muzzle the ox when it treads out the grain.' And, 'The laborer is worthy of his wages.'"

Remember, it is the Lord Jesus who is your provider. As Philippians 4:19 says, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Father, we ask for clear guidance for ### in this matter of her employment. We ask that you provide an environment where she is valued and can be a blessing to others. We ask for a fair wage and open doors to new opportunities. We pray that she trusts in you, Jesus. We pray that you direct her steps and that you provide all that she needs. It is in Jesus name that we pray.

We're reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
