Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of hope and trust in Your divine plan. We lift up ###, who is seeking Your guidance and provision in the pursuit of a job and admission to a master's degree program. Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We stand on this promise, believing that You have a perfect plan for ###'s future.
Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for a fulfilling and rewarding job. Grant wisdom and discernment in the job search process, and let the right opportunities come forth. We remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." May ### trust in Your guidance and find peace in Your direction.
We also pray for success in the application for a master's degree. Grant favor with the admissions committees and provide the necessary resources and support. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." We ask for wisdom and clarity in this academic pursuit.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust that You will provide for every need and guide ### according to Your perfect will. We pray all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.

I just said a prayer for you, friend. May the Lord work in your circumstances, lead you to the job He has chosen for you and show you His best plan as you trust in Him. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34: 4).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
