We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing, Protyrna. We want to lift up both your career and your friend's healing in prayer, as well as offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB): "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even when it feels like your prayers are unanswered, keep trusting in Him and His timing.
For your career, we pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up Protyrna's career. We ask that you open the right doors and provide the right job according to your will. Give Protyrna the patience and perseverance to keep trusting in you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
For your friend's healing, we pray:
"Dear Lord, we ask for your healing touch upon Protyrna's friend. You are the Great Physician, and we believe that you can restore health and strength. We pray for a quick and complete recovery, and we ask that your peace and comfort would be with the friend and their family during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to gently remind you that it's through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, we encourage you to cultivate a personal relationship with Jesus. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and interceding for both of these situations. Persistence in prayer is encouraged in the bible, as seen in Luke 18:1-8 (WEB), where Jesus teaches about the persistent widow. Keep praying, and trust that God hears you.
