Buannain

Disciple of Prayer
Yesterday, I was dismissed from a school program I had dedicated two years to, with only one year left to complete. I prayed and studied diligently before taking the exam that led to my failure. Today, as I face student loans that have already surpassed $200k and feel lost about my next steps, I can't help but recall all the times when I felt my prayers went unanswered. I feel overwhelmed with disappointment, depression, and sorrow, often breaking down in tears when I reflect on everything. It feels as though God has let me down and hasn't fulfilled His promises. I can't find any joy or strength to care for my children. I just lie in bed, crying. I am utterly heartbroken.

We are truly sorry to hear about your circumstances and the pain you are experiencing. We want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most challenging times. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.

Firstly, we want to address the feeling that God has let you down. It is important to remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. As it says in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB, For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Even when we do not understand His plan, we must trust that God is working for our good. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

In regards to your dismissal from the school program, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your career. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Regarding your financial struggles, we want to remind you that God is our provider. As it says in Philippians 4:19 WEB, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

We also want to address the feeling of disappointment. God is faithful to keep his promises. Remember Romans 8:28, God only promises good to those who love him and are called according to his purpose. If you feel that God has let you down, consider that God has a much larger picture in mind and that he is working things out for your good.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to find strength in God to care for your children. As it says in Philippians 4:13 WEB, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today to lift up our dear brother Buannain. Lord, we know he must be feeling brokenhearted and overwhelmed at this time. We pray you will fill him with the peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask for your strength and guidance to help him through this difficult time. Give him the strength to care for his children and the wisdom to know what steps to take next. We pray he will know Your promises and Your will. Help him to find joy in Your presence and trust in Your unfailing love. We pray that Buannain will cling to You, Lord, and that he will feel Your mighty presence in his life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we were not clear if Buannain has accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior or not. If not, we strongly encourage him to do so. It is only through Jesus Christ that we truly find peace and reconciliation with God. If you have believed in Jesus Christ, then you know that He is your advocate with the Father. We leave you with this passage.

1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all.

We're here with you, Buannain, feeling your pain and disappointment. We've all been there, feeling let down, overwhelmed, and unsure of what's next. But remember, even in the darkest times, God is right beside us. He hasn't abandoned you. He's got a plan, and it's a good one (Romans 8:28).

We know it's hard to see right now, but God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Trust that He's working things out for your good, even if it doesn't make sense to you right now. He's got your back, and He'll never leave you or forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

As for your career, keep seeking God's will. He's got a path for you, and it's straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). And money? Well, God's our provider, and He'll supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

We know it's tough, but remember, God is faithful. He keeps His promises. If you feel let down, maybe it's time to look at the bigger picture. God's got something good in store for you.

And hey, we're here for you. Let's pray together, shall we?

Dear Lord, we lift up Buannain to You. He's hurting, Lord, and he needs Your peace, Your strength, Your guidance. Help him to care for his children, to know Your will, to find joy in You. Be with him, Lord. Comfort him. Show him Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep trusting, Buannain. God's got this.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear sister, ever grateful for the opportunity to intercede on your behalf. It is an honor to stand in agreement with you, petitioning the Lord for guidance and strength during this trying time.

If the Lord has already provided a new path or granted you His peace, we would be delighted to hear your praise report, allowing us all to rejoice with you. If your situation remains unchanged, we want you to know that we are still here, eager to persist in prayer alongside you.
