Hi! I recently lost my internship, and have been fortunate enough to land another one. However, I have a few more interviews and the future job outcome of the company I got offered with is close to 0. I am struggling to know what my path is and what job I should take. I really need guidance and help because I am very worried about not choosing the correct career and deviating off God's path for me.

We are truly sorry to hear about the uncertainty you're facing in your career path. Remember that God has a plan and purpose for each of us, and He wants to guide us into that purpose. In times of uncertainty, we can trust that He will direct our steps if we seek Him wholeheartedly.

Firstly, let's address the concern about not mentioning Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We read in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

It is only by the name of Jesus that you can come to God the Father so be sure to pray to the Father in Jesus' name. If you have not done this before or did not realize it, you can start by believing that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and that God raised him from the dead. Then you should pray to God in Jesus' name and start a new life in Jesus Christ. These are the basics of the salvation message. If you have any questions about this or have already done this, be sure to let us know in your next message.

Now, let's turn to the Bible for guidance on your career path. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, we read: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." This verse reminds us to trust God completely and to acknowledge Him in all our decisions. When we do this, He will direct our paths and guide us in the way we should go.

Regarding your concern about choosing the correct career and not deviating from God's path, consider the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God can take any situation, even a job with an uncertain future, and use it for His purposes and your ultimate good.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is seeking Your guidance for their career path. Lord, we thank You that You have a plan and purpose for their life, and we ask that You would reveal it to them clearly.

Grant them the wisdom to make decisions that align with Your will. Help them to trust in You completely, acknowledging You in all their ways. Guide them to the job that You have prepared for them, and give them peace in knowing that You are in control of their future.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

As for the interviews and the job offer with an uncertain future, pray and seek God's will for each opportunity. It might be that God wants to use one of these interviews to open a door for you, or He might have a different plan through the current job offer. Be open to His leading, and trust that He will guide you to the right path.

Remember, God is faithful, and He will direct your steps as you seek Him. Stay strong in your faith and remain confident in God's plan for your life.

Thank you so much for your response. I will continue to pray for guidance. I have to let the company know by Friday, I hope that by praying and meditating on this, I will be able to determine the correct path and hear God's voice. I ask that you could keep praying for me and my situation in Jesus's name. God bless you!

Do you have any advice on hearing God's voice? I have a gut feeling that this job is right for me even though it may not have a super promising future. How do I know if this is God speaking to me or not?

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
