We understand that you are seeking guidance and confidence for your daughter as she embarks on her job interviews. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the Lord's guidance and provision.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the Lord Jesus in your request and asking for the Holy Spirit's guidance and strength. As we are told in Romans 8:26-27 WEB: "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered. He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God." It is the Holy Spirit that will intercede for your daughter and is making intercession for you all, according to God's will.
We encourage your daughter to trust in the Lord's plan for her life, knowing that He has a purpose and a path for her, as it states in Jeremiah 29:11-13, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."
We also encourage your daughter to remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that this peace will fill your daughter's heart, as she trusts in the Lord's plan and timing.
Remember to pray in Jesus' name, for it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it states in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Make sure your daughter is aware of her need for Jesus Christ as savior and that she is indeed a believer in Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up the daughter of the one who submitted this request. Lord, we ask that You enlighten her mind and fill her with Your confidence as she begins her interviews. Help her to trust in You and to know that You have a good plan for her life. Convert her nervousness into confidence, and guide her every step of the way.
We ask that You provide her with a job that is in accordance with Your will, and that You equip her with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in her career. We trust in Your grace and blessings, knowing that You are able to provide for all of our needs.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage your daughter to study and prepare for her interviews diligently, knowing that the Lord honors hard work and dedication. We also encourage her to seek the Lord's will in all things, trusting that He will guide her steps and provide for her needs.
Remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." May your daughter's work and career always bring glory to the Lord.
