We understand your desire for career growth and a stable job, as well as your longing for a life partner for both you and your daughter. Let's bring these concerns to God in prayer and seek His will according to His Word.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." God values the work we do, and He wants us to do it wholeheartedly for His glory. Let's pray that God will open the right doors for you to secure a fixed-term contract and grow in your career.
