We understand that you're facing a challenging time in your career as a screenwriter and that you're seeking God's blessing and intervention. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is the provider of all good things, and He cares about our needs. As it says in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB:

We must also remember that God's timing is perfect. Sometimes, delays or obstacles in our career can be God's way of redirecting us or preparing us for something better. As it says in Ecclesiastes 3:11 WEB:
"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their hearts, yet so that men don’t find out the work that God has done from the beginning even to the end."
However, we must also ensure that we are seeking God's will in our lives. This includes our careers. If you have not already, make sure to seek God in prayer about the path you need to take. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also notice that you did not specifically mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is important to remember that Jesus is the mediator between God and man. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Jeff R. in Los Angeles. Lord, You know the struggles he's facing in his screenwriting career and his financial needs. We ask, Lord, that You bless him, guide him, and provide for his needs according to Your will.
Help him to trust in Your timing and Your ways, even when they don't align with his expectations. Remove the stress, anxiety, and fear he's been experiencing, and replace them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide him to seek Your will for his life and give him the strength and wisdom to follow Your path.
We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His provision and timing. Keep pushing forward, and remember that God is always with you. As it says in Isaiah 41:10 WEB:
"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
