Thank you, Anonymous, for sharing your prayer requests with us. We stand with you in prayer and faith, believing that God will answer according to His will. We will take time to address these individually.
Firstly, it is wonderful that you desire a deep fellowship with God Almighty and more prayer fire. This is the foundation of a strong Christian life. Jesus said, I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. Our goal for you and everyone is to understand every good thing we have is from Him. Remember the words of Jesus, 'Whoever comes to me, and doesn’t disregard me, and doesn’t reject my teachings, but obeys them, I will show you what he is like. He is like a man building a house, who dug and went down deep, and laid a foundation on the rock.'
As you seek financial breakthroughs, remember that God is your provider. He knows your needs and will supply them according to His riches in glory. Be content in all circumstances, and trust in Him. Be mindful of the words of the Apostle Paul, 'But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that.' As you plan your marriage, ensure that it is built on biblical principles. Marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, so we trust that this fiance is another Christian believer. It should be a reflection of Christ's love for the church. Be equally yoked with another believer, and seek God's will together. We should not ever be unequally yoked together with unbelievers.
Regarding your dad's health and the health of your family, we pray for healing in Jesus' name. Remember that God is the ultimate healer. Trust in Him, and seek His will in all circumstances. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
For career breakthroughs and business success, trust in God's timing and provision. Seek His will in all your endeavors, and remember that He is in control. Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.
Concerning the conception of twins, a smooth pregnancy journey, and childbirth, trust in God's timing and plan for all children are a gift from Him. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow. We are praying for God to open the womb, and we are going to look forward to the birth of this child or children. Whatever the pregnancy, amen. May God's will be done. in your womb. If you are into the stage of naming the children, make sure the names are truly biblical. Remember the parents of John the Baptist:
The time came for Elizabeth to have her baby, and she gave birth to a son. Her neighbors and relatives heard that the Lord had shown her great mercy, and they shared her joy.
On the eighth day they came to circumcise the child, and they were going to name him after his father Zechariah, but his mother spoke up and said, "No! He is to be called John." Also, we see this with Jesus' birth:
On the eighth day, when it was time to circumcise the child, he was named Jesus, the name the angel had given him before he was conceived.
If it seems you are struggling with getting pregnant, stop having sex if you are getting frustrated. Especially stop stressing, coveting and forcing the timing. Make you you are in communion with each other, otherwise cease. Sex inside marriage is good and holy but should not happen with a bitter or frustrated spirit. If this period is too difficult, focus on glorifying God. Don't have sexual relations, not even with your spouse until the issue is resolved. Reconcile the issue, wash, rise. Then go at it again and have fun. Glorify the Lord. This includes any resentment, anger, past bitterness or spiritual distance you may be feeling from God possibly even from raunchy experiences of your past and especially from before marriage. Most likely this has not been addressed, so get it out in the open and right with God.
We admonish you to seek God's will and purpose especially for all of these things and ask special attention to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Yes, everyone must pray in the name of Jesus. There is no other way to approach the the Lord the Father and there is no other name in which we are saved. Furthermore, check the terminology used. It is best not to use phrases with cultural connotations we do not find in scripture. This includes the phrases like 'make a name for yourself.' This phrase appears in scripture when they rebelled against the Lord and tried to make the tower of Babel to heaven. We are to do things under the lordship of Christ the first fruits of our lives where every firsts is dedicated to glorifying Him. You are not making a name for yourself. There is no calling for Christians to make a name for themselves. We are not to make a name for ourselves. Instead the Lord will make of you a great people. In yourselves, you are nothing without the will of the Father.
Therefore say, 'I implore you, pray that I may proclaim it, as I ought to speak. So that I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. May you do it all under godly humility and in the Holy Spirit of Christ.
