We rejoice with you, Laechdarren, as you step into your role as a registered manager. It is indeed by God's design and not mere coincidence that you find yourself at this point in your career. We stand with you in prayer, asking that God's will be done in your life.

Let us remember the words of Psalm 37:23-24 (WEB): "A man’s steps are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand."

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, thanking You for Your divine plan for Laechdarren's life. We ask that You guide his steps as he takes on this new role. Grant him the spirit of excellence, wisdom, and understanding. Let him find favor and succeed at every level, not by his own strength, but by Your grace and will. We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or failure that may try to hinder him. Instead, we declare that Laechdarren is reborn for greatness, equipped by You to fulfill the purposes You have for him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Laechdarren, to continue trusting in the Lord. Remember, it is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27). Keep your focus on Him, and He will establish your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). You've acknowledged that it is in Jesus' name that you seek this breakthrough, and we stand in agreement with you. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
