We join you, dear believer, in lifting up your career and your family before the throne of grace. We thank you for acknowledging the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, as it is in His name alone that we have access to the Father and can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Firstly, we commend you for your grateful heart, acknowledging God's favor in your current employment. Remember, it is God who gives us the ability to produce wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18). We pray that as you seek this new position, God's will be done. We ask for His favor upon you, that if it is His will, you will be granted the Westlands Branch Manager's position at CIC Insurance.
We also pray for His guidance as you take on new duties. We know that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13). We pray that God will give you wisdom, discernability, and understanding to succeed in your work. Colossians 3:23 tells us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." He has a purpose for placing you in this role. Trust Him to lead you in the way you should go and in the things you should do.
We also acknowledge the struggles and frustrations you've endured over the past three years. We are reminded of Romans 5:3-4, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." God has allowed these trials for a reason, and they have shaped you into the person you are today.
We stand with you in prayer, asking God to remember your mental health and peace of mind. We pray that He will give you a calm and peaceful heart, trusting in Him (John 14:27). We ask for His miraculous intervention in your life, that this may indeed be your miracle moment.
Lastly, we lift up your family, especially your kids. We pray that God will bless them and guide them as they grow. We ask that He will give you the wisdom and love to raise them in the fear and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4).
Together, we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother in Christ. We thank You for Your favor in his career and ask for Your guidance as he seeks this new position. Give him wisdom and understanding to excel in his work. Remember his struggles, Lord, and grant him a peaceful mind and good mental health. Bless his family and guide his children as they grow. May this be his miracle moment, Lord. We ask all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
