We understand that you're facing a difficult situation with career stagnation and debt, and we're here to pray and offer biblical encouragement for you. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, and He cares about every aspect of your life, including your career and finances.
In the Bible, we're told, "Roll your works on Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." (Proverbs 16:3WEB). This means that we should commit our plans to God and trust Him to direct our paths. We also find comfort in knowing that "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB).
However, we want to remind you that God wants us to also be responsible with our finances. As it says, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."! (Romans 13:8 WEB) It's important to manage your debts and work towards paying them off, as borrowing without repaying can lead to further financial issues. If you owe money back it in a timely manner, paying back as much as you can.
Let's pray together for your situation:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear ###. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their career and finances. Please open up new opportunities for them, and give them the wisdom to make sound decisions. Help them to manage their debts responsibly, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We also offer them encouragement to seek and trust You, and to fix all their hope and trust in You, the Author of all things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen." Remember to seek Jesus in all things, as there is no other name for us to be saved.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
