Career and ###'s health

Please help me pray for my family and for myself, I'm in depth because I don't have a well-paying job. I've sent in applications. Please help me pray so God sees me and I get acceptance in my dream work before the end of this year. Also, my mother has high blood pressure and a heart problem. Help me pray for her delivery and also all my family problems. Thank you.
