We understand that you are facing difficulties with transferring your husband's car title into your name and you're seeking God's help in this matter. We will pray with you and provide some biblical encouragement and advice.
Firstly, we are reminded of the scripture in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." It is wonderful that you are turning to God in your time of need, and we are thankful because we know He is willing to help.
However, we must also remember that God cares for us, but He is also sovereign and His ways are not our ways. This is also a good reminder of what James 4:15 states, "For you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will live, and do this or that.'" We should always submit our will to God's will, knowing that He has our best interests at heart.
In regards to the car title change, we pray that God's will be done and that He guides you through this process. We pray that the necessary paperwork from the insurance company is available when you need it. That the title change process is smooth and that you are given grace to handle everything. We pray this in Jesus' name, the name above all names, and the only name by which we can be saved. As it states in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Lastly, we would like to encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in this small matter. Remember that God is faithful also with what seems to be the things of lesser importance to others. We are reminded of 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Heavenly Father, we come before you today, lifting up our sister who is in need of your help. Lord, we ask that you guide her through the process of changing the car title, and that your will be done in this situation. We pray that every obstacle be removed, and that she finds favor with the insurance company and all parties involved. We ask this in Jesus' name, knowing that you are faithful to hear and answer our prayers. Thank you, Father, for your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
