We understand that you have a practical need regarding your car oil change appointment. While we are here to pray for you, we want to remind you that God cares about even the smallest details of our lives. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or even an abbreviation. Let us be clear, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved. As it says in Acts 4:12, WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Before we pray for your request, let us ask, have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If you have not done so, and you want to, please pray with us:
"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name. Amen."
Assuming that you have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, let us pray for you.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister/brother who is in need of a change in their oil change appointment. Lord, we ask that You would work this out for them, and that You would bless the business as well. We know that You are a God of even the small details, and we trust that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen."
Remember, God is faithful and He hears our prayers. As it says in Matthew 7:7-8, WEB, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."
Trust that God will work this out for you, and remember to give Him thanks when He does.
