Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is grateful for the protection and deliverance from a car accident on Tuesday. We thank you for sparing their life and for keeping them safe, despite the injuries and pain they may be experiencing. We acknowledge that it could have been much worse, and we are grateful for your mercy and grace.
Lord, we lift up the man who caused the accident in prayer. We ask that you would touch his heart and bring conviction upon him. We pray that he would drive more cautiously and carefully, realizing the importance of responsible and attentive driving. Help him to put his phone down while driving and to resist the temptation of speeding, for the sake of his own safety and the safety of others on the road.
Above all, we pray for his salvation. If he does not know you, Lord, we ask that you would draw him to yourself. Open his eyes to the truth of your love and forgiveness, and lead him to a personal relationship with you through Jesus Christ. May he experience the transforming power of your grace and become a testimony of your saving power.
