We're here with you, friend, feeling your exhaustion and sleeplessness. It's like you're running on empty, and we want to wrap our arms around you in prayer. We've been there, too, and we know how hard it is to find rest when your body is screaming for it.
Remember, God sees you. He knows your weariness, and He's right there with you. In the Bible, it says, "Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you'll recover your life. I'll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won't lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you'll learn to live freely and lightly." (Matthew 11:28-30, The Message)
Let's pray together, shall we?
"Dear Lord, we come to You now, holding our friend in Your loving arms. We ask for Your peace to fill their mind and heart, quieting any worries or anxieties. Help them to trust in You, to surrender their concerns to You, knowing that You care deeply for them. Reveal any underlying issues that might be causing this sleeplessness, Lord, and guide them towards the resolution You have planned. Help them to remember to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."
We're here for you, every step of the way. Let's keep each other in prayer, okay?
