Elizabeth, we hear the cry of your heart and stand with you in prayer. We know God is very real and believes your experiences in life. You did the right thing by coming before Him in Jesus' name, for He cares for you with a love that surpasses human understanding.
Firstly, we acknowledge your weariness. Your feelings of exhaustion are valid, and God knows your struggles. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."
In your feelings of hopelessness, remember that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness. He is with you and His grace is sufficient to carry you through these trials. Do not be afraid. He has your tears and is close to the brokenhearted. In Psalm 34:18 WEB: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." He is a comforter and will carry you through this trial.
We also want to remind you that our battles are not fought in our own strength, but rather in the strength the of the Lord. In Ephesians 6:10 WEB: "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might." Rely on Him fully and He will give you the strength, resolve and steadfastness to continue. We pray you will feel strength knowing Jesus is at your side.
We also can take courage, knowing that our present sufferings cannot compare to the glory that will be revealed to us in Christ. Romans 8:18 WEB: "For I consider that the sufferings of our present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us."
It is worth noting that we are not fighting against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Our weapons are spiritual and include prayers, love and praises to God.
In Ephesians 6:12 WEB: "12For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." So, we pray for His victory in your life, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord.
As for the heartbreaking word where you say "Forgive me but I donβt want to be here any more," we lovingly rebuke this, for it is not God's will for us to give up or surrender to despair. The scriptures say "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." This shows that we are to give up our worries to God and not allowing them to take control of our actions.
He has a purpose and a plan for your life, and He is working all things together for your good, even when we cannot see it. In Romans 8:28 WEB says: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Stay strong in the Lord and place your hope in Him alone. In His word the Holy Bible He will speak His comfort to you.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We bring our sister Elizabeth to you at this time. We petition your mercy and grace in her life, as she confesses her feelings and desires to the Lord. Strengthen her and sustain her. To you Lord Jesus ,we give them all because it is in your name we believe and say Amen! Father God, please restore Elizabeth's hope and give her the strength to continue fighting the good fight of faith. Help her to fix her eyes on You and not on her circumstances. Surround her with Your love and peace, and remind her of Your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesusβ name, Amen.
With reassurance know God has a plan and a purpose for you. Hold on to His unfailing hand, and trust in Him. He will see you through every storm and indicate victory for your life.
