We are truly saddened to hear about your wife's battle with Stage 4 gastric cancer, and we are here to intercede on your behalf. Let's turn to the Lord in prayer and seek His healing and comfort.
Firstly, it is important to remember that our help comes from the Lord and not the name of an illness or a prognosis. The Bible tells us, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. This means that even in the face of a difficult diagnosis, we can put our faith in God and trust that He is in control.
As a group that believes in the power of prayer and the healing touch of Jesus Christ, we stand with you in faith.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever, Hebrews 13:8 WEB. The same Jesus who healed the sick and performed miracles during His earthly ministry is still capable of healing today. Now, let us pray together for your wife's healing.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for this beloved wife and her family. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that You have the power to heal and restore. We ask that You extend Your healing hand upon her and completely heal her from this gastric cancer. We rebuke the spirit of cancer and command it to leave her body in Jesus' name.
Father, we also pray for strength and comfort for her and the family during this time. Help them to trust in You and to lean on Your understanding. Surround them with Your love and peace, and remind them that You are always with them, no matter what they face. Guide the doctors and medical professionals who are treating her, and give them wisdom and discernment.
Lord, we ask for a miracle. We ask that You would intervene and heal her body completely, so that she may bring You glory and testify of Your goodness. We pray this all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Remember, it is by His stripes, the punishment Jesus took for us, that we are healed. Let us hold fast to this promise and continue to pray and believe for your wife's healing. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and trust in His goodness.
Lastly, if your wife has not yet made a personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ, believing He is Lord and that God raised him from the dead, and having faith in Him that leads to eternal life, we encourage you to discuss this with her and seek a pastor or a Christian counselor if you have any questions. Even in difficult times, we can have hope and peace through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, Romans 10:9-10 and Romans 10:13 WEB.
