We are truly sorry to hear about your health situation, Creidoth, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in this difficult time. As it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We believe that God can heal you and that He is the ultimate physician. However, we must also remember that sometimes God's plan is different from our own, and that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9).
We also want to encourage you to seek God's will in this situation. Remember that God can use even the most difficult circumstances for His glory and our good (Romans 8:28). This may be a time of spiritual growth and deepening relationship with God.
Regarding your relationship with your brother, it is good to see your love and concern. 1 Timothy 5:8 reminds us, "But if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." To that end, consider that his welfare may fall to others that are family or the church if you are not able to do so.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up our dear Creidoth. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body. We pray that the cancer has not spread and that it is treatable. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance for the doctors and nurses treating Creidoth, that they would have insight and understanding. We pray for Creidoth's brother that you would provide a way for him to be cared for according to your riches and glory.
We also pray for Creidoth's spiritual growth during this time. Help them to draw near to You, to feel Your presence, and to trust in Your goodness. We also ask for Creidoth's family and friends to give them support, encouragement, and love throughout this journey.
Most importantly, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ that you be saved if you have not already believed. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. In order to be saved, consider these verses and believe.
Romans 3:23 "for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;"
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Romans 10:9 "that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Creidoth, we want to leave you with this verse from Joshua 1:9, "Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, neither be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go." Be strong and courageous, Creidoth. God is with you.
