[Jomym]

My granddad has cancer. It is in his neck and they have to treat it before it goes to his brain. He is in his early 80's. He is a very active 82-year-old and because of the medicine, he can be as active as he would like. This is very hard on my family. He and my dad are so close so it is very hard on him. He has been in and out of the hospital for about 4 weeks. My dad has been missing work so that he can spend time with his dad because we do not know how much more time he has left. We do not want to see him go. He is one of the best granddad anyone could ask for. And if we were to lose him we would lose a piece of us. And if we were to lose him my grandma would be all alone with all of the farm animals and it would not be easy. Two years ago we lost my great-grandad and it was very hard. And the family is still recovering from it. I nor my family want to say goodbye. We have our church praying for him but every little thing helps. We have faith that he can make it but every prayer helps.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Jomym's granddad who is battling cancer. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate healer and nothing is impossible for you. We ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon his body.

Lord, we pray specifically for the cancer in his neck, that you would prevent it from spreading to his brain. We ask for wisdom and guidance for the medical team treating him, that they may have the knowledge and discernment to provide the best possible treatment.

We understand the impact this illness has had on Jomym's family, especially his dad who is very close to his granddad. We pray for strength and comfort for them during this difficult time. Ease their worries and anxieties, Lord, and grant them peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father, we lift up Jomym's granddad's overall well-being. We ask that you restore his strength and vitality, enabling him to be as active as he desires. We pray for minimal side effects from the medication and that it would effectively combat the cancer.

Lord, we also lift up Jomym's grandma, who would be left alone if her beloved husband were to pass away. We ask for your provision, comfort, and strength for her. Surround her with love and support from family and friends.

We remember the loss of Jomym's great-granddad and the ongoing healing process for the family. We pray for continued healing and restoration in their hearts and minds. May your peace and comfort be with them as they navigate this challenging season.

Lord, we thank you for the faith that Jomym and their family have in your healing power. We join our prayers with theirs, believing that you are able to bring complete healing to their granddad. We trust in your perfect timing and surrender this situation into your loving hands.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God favor me.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
