Canada study Visa

Papa, I got a rejection for my Canada Study Visa yesterday the 6th of July 2023. This is my second refusal, the first refusal was on the 12th of October last year.
I know God can change a refusal to an approval, there is nothing He can not do. I want God to Change this Refusal to Approval.
I am the one you made a prophecy about today that I have being crying all night yesterday, and you gave a prophecy that God said He won’t leave me Half way, that He is going to complete it. I believe that God can do anything Papa, please Join your faith with mine and let God change this refusal to an approval. You made a prophecy that in 7days God is going to Shuck everyone with what He will do. I believe this word is for me. I feel so down but my strength is in the lord. It is done
