Canada immigration should stop refusing me and grant my permanent resident with my daughter.

Pls prayer me pastor,it been 12 years have been battling with the Canadian immigration for me to join my husband and they have been refusing me on each attempt and I was even banned for 2 years last year,have prayed and prayed ,lord should please use mercy to settle me and my daughter
