Please pray the Lord would send a deep spirit of conviction into ### so that he would not be able to sleep at night. Pray he would repent of his wrong actions, words, pride, envy and spirit of control. Please pray the Lord would soften his heart toward ### and make it clear to ### that he has to work with her and that he would be happy to. That he would see that she's the right person for the project and not resist because of pride and arrogance. That any plans to work with anyone else on the project would fall through until he does the right thing and welcomes working with ###. And pray he treats everyone better around him, including his coworkers, family, friends, and me. Please pray the Lord convicts him so he becomes an honest, humble, gentle and good man. That even today, the Lord would work on his heart in Jesus's name. His heart is so hard and he is not allowing the Holy Spirit to convict and change him. But anything is possible with God.

Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We are praying for a person who is clearly in the grips of pride, envy, and a controlling spirit. We must remember that without God's intervention, this person is helpless. We should also remember that we were all dead in our trespasses and sins Ephesians 2:1 WEB.

It's important to note that you did not mention any marital or romantic relationship with this man. As believers, we should encourage relationships that are pure and holy, leading to God-honoring marriages. If there is any intimacy outside of marriage, it should be addressed as fornication and repented from.

no there is no relationship - at all! this person I'm asking for prayer for is someone I work with - he's my boss. but he can be very difficult to work with and make things difficult for me and others because of his pride even though he's a believer. he never listens to others suggestions and can be extremely rude and difficult.
