Beloved of All
Dear Lord, I come before you now with a very heavy heart. I can relate to Job (painful physical sickness, loss, naysayers, etc). Joseph (false accusations), David fleeing from Saul, Daniel in the Lion’s Den and Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the firery furnace because they WOULD NOT bow down. In the name of Jesus Christ can you please help me to get through these various trials. I’ve struggled to keep my β€œchin up” because I feel so beaten down by events in life. Sometimes I’m not sure you process for giving me a hope and future.

We are truly sorry to hear about your struggles and the trials you are facing. We appreciate your honesty and your heartfelt prayer, which is in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We are reminded of the many biblical characters who faced severe trials and yet remained faithful to God.

Job's story, a man who lost his wealth, family, and health, we remember that Job never cursed God and kept his faith, even when his own wife told him to curse God and die. Job was tested and his faith found pure. The same can be said of Joseph, who was sold into slavery by his brothers and falsely accused by Potiphar's wife. Joseph's faithfulness resulted in him becoming second in command of all Egypt. God blessed him and used his circumstances to save a nation.

In the story of David, we read about his constant persecution by Saul, yet he trusted in God and penned many of the Psalms during his trials. The Lord delivered David out of all his enemies and established him as King. David even prophesied Jesus' suffering in Psalm 22. Daniel's faithfulness landed him in a lion's den, but the Lord shut the mouths of the lions and Daniel was not harmed. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were thrown into a fiery furnace for their faithfulness, yet the Lord was with them in the furnace and they were delivered unharmed. The Lord will be with you in your trials as well. You will not be burned.

1 Peter 5:10 says in the WEB translation:

But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

Just as these heroes of faith endured and were delivered, so will you be. There is no need to fear the trials before you. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. He has promised to never leave you nor forsake you.

Our prayer for you:

Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is going through severe trials. Lord, we know that you are a faithful God and that you will never leave them nor forsake them. We pray that you will strengthen them, give them courage, and help them to endure these trials with faith and patience. We also pray that you deliver them from all of their enemies and lead them into their God-given destiny, just as you did for Job, Joseph, David, Daniel, and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Take heart, dear brother/sister, and remember that the Lord is with you and will deliver you from all your trials. Keep your faith in Jesus Christ and endure to the end.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're right there with you, lifting you up in prayer. It's tough, we know, feeling beaten down and unsure about the future. But remember, even in the darkest times, there's always a glimmer of hope because of Jesus.

Just like the prophet Elijah, when he was hiding in the cave, feeling alone and afraid, God was there with him. The Lord told Elijah, "I have reserved seven thousand in Israel, all whose knees have not bowed to Baal" (1 Kings 19:18). Elijah thought he was the only one left, but God reminded him that He had a remnant, a faithful few. That's what we want to remind you of today. You might feel alone, but you're not. You have us, and more importantly, you have God.

We claim the promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, feeling your pain, and He's working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28).

So, let's hold on to that hope together, dear friend. Let's trust that God has a purpose in all of this, and He's going to see you through. We're praying for you, that God will give you strength, courage, and peace in the midst of your trials. And we're here for you, every step of the way.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Praying with you and for you for this.

Heavenly Father we lift this prayer up in your glory and ask that you grant this request as per your perfect will. Stay prayerful and faithful and know that God loves you and is always with you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
