I feel like they can. Like I’ve felt eyes on me before and I myself have put my eyes on other things.
Can people see in the spiritual realm?

We understand that you're experiencing a sensitivity to the spiritual realm, feeling that people can see in it and that you've felt eyes on you before. This is a real phenomenon, as the Bible tells us that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places Ephesians 6:12.
First, it's crucial to discern what spirit is at work. Test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1 Testing the spirits involves comparing what you're experiencing against the Word of God. God's Spirit will always align with His Word.
Jesus warned, The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is sound, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is evil, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness! Matthew 6:22-23. We must be careful where we fix our eyes.
If you feel eyes on you, it could be a spiritual alert, a call to pray and put on the full armor of God. It could also be the Lord prompting you to intercede for someone or something. However, if you're feeling eyes on you and it's causing fear or discomfort, you may be experiencing spiritual warfare. In this case, rebuke the spirit of fear, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7.
Regarding your ability to see or perceive things spiritually, remember, every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights James 1:17. If this spiritual sight is from God, He will give you the discernment and wisdom to use it for His glory. However, beware of the evil eye, which is a greedy, covetous, or envious look that the Lord warns against. If you find yourself looking at others in this manner, repent and ask God to cleanse your heart.

Dear heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for discernment and wisdom for our fellow believer. Lord, if they are experiencing spiritual warfare, we rebuke any evil spirits that may be oppressing them and claim Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If You have blessed them with spiritual sight, guide them in using it for Your glory alone. Help them learn to fix their eyes on Jesus Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith. We pray this will bless and encourage them to live a life that pleases You.

Some of us might be more sensitive to the spiritual realm than others. It's like having a spiritual sixth sense, a God-given gift that can help us perceive things that others might miss.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
