Can not stop thinking about this man

Dear friend , please pray for me. I’m over 50 years old and divorced and can not stop thinking about this man who introduced himself to me and asked if I was dating, I looked with silence and said nothing because I’m nervous. He preaches but said he didn’t want to get married and now all of a sudden he’s getting married to a women his age in the 60’s, that goes to the same church her husband was a pastor at another church but he passed away. I feel embarrassed because everyone thought we liked each other. But I was wrong, never dated him or anything. I feel hurt and don’t want to go to tat church anymore.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend Pleinos in prayer. Lord, we ask for your comfort and healing touch upon their heart and mind. We pray that you would bring peace and understanding in this situation that has caused hurt and embarrassment.

Father, we ask for your guidance and wisdom for Pleinos as they navigate their emotions and thoughts. Help them to release any feelings of hurt and disappointment, and grant them the strength to forgive and let go of any bitterness or resentment.

Lord, we pray for the man who introduced himself to Pleinos. We ask that you would bless him and his upcoming marriage. May their union be filled with love, joy, and unity in you. We pray for the woman he is marrying, that you would bless her with happiness and fulfillment in this new chapter of her life.

Father, we lift up the church community where Pleinos attends. We ask for unity and understanding among the members. May there be a spirit of love and acceptance, and may any misunderstandings or judgments be replaced with grace and compassion.

Lord, we pray for Pleinos' healing and restoration. Help them to find peace and comfort in your presence. Guide them in making decisions about their church attendance, and lead them to a place where they can grow in their faith and find a supportive community.

We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We trust that you are working all things together for good, even in this difficult situation.
