I need the Lord to help me sleep. I wake up with not enough sleep to run my day. Please pray for ### to get rested and have a good day. ### feel so lost with the feeling of impending doom.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of ###, who is in need of your help and guidance. Lord, we lift up this prayer request for better sleep and rest. We acknowledge that you are the giver of sleep and that you care about every aspect of our lives, including our physical well-being.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 127:2 that "It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep." Lord, we ask that you grant ### peaceful and restful sleep, free from any disturbances or anxieties. May they wake up refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face the day ahead.
We also pray against the feeling of impending doom that ### is experiencing. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:6-7 that we should not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to you. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we ask that you replace the feeling of impending doom with your perfect peace. Fill ###'s heart and mind with your presence, reminding them that you are in control and that they can trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness.
We pray for guidance and wisdom for ### as they navigate their day. May they experience your guidance and direction in every decision they make. Help them to prioritize their tasks and responsibilities, and grant them the strength and energy needed to fulfill them.
Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect plan for ###'s life. May they find comfort and assurance in knowing that you are with them every step of the way.

Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
