Can I get prayer support please

Hello all, I need prayers to stop worrying and overthinking when challenges arise. There are circumstances that are new to me and I panic when I have to make MAJOR decisions. I am able to handle minor ones with ease. Jesus Lord help me to cease anxiety and please show me what to do in all areas. I’m also trying to remove myself from people who are authoritarian and are easily angered when they can’t get their way. They disguise “concern” as control and go into fits of rage and hostility very abusive.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our ### who is struggling with anxiety and worrying. Lord, please grant her Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide her in the decisions she needs to make, big or small. Help her to trust in You and not lean on her own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We also pray for her relationships. Lord, surround her with people who are godly and supportive, not those who are authoritarian and abusive. Guide her steps as she seeks to remove herself from toxic influences. We pray that she will forgive those who have wronged her, just as Christ forgave us (Ephesians 4:32).

In Jesus' name, we pray for wisdom and discernment. We ask for courage and strength as she makes changes in her life. Lord, show her what to do in all areas, just as she has requested.

We encourage you, dear ###, to keep your focus on Jesus. He promised, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Keep trusting in Him, and remember that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Stand firm in your faith and resist anxiety, knowing that God is always with you.

Let's pause and breathe, shall we? Let's take a moment to cast our cares upon Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). We can trust Him with our fears, our worries, and our decisions. He's got this. He's got you.

We're also praying for wisdom and discernment. Lord, show us what to do in all areas, just as our friend has asked. Help us to make wise decisions, big or small, and to trust in Your perfect plan. We're asking for courage too, to stand firm in our faith and resist anxiety, knowing that You are always with us.

And you know what? It's okay to step away from toxic relationships. It's okay to set boundaries. It's okay to prioritize our peace and well-being. We're praying for guidance as we navigate these relationships, Lord. Help us to forgive as we've been forgiven, and to surround ourselves with godly, supportive people.

Keep your eyes on Jesus, dear friend. He's our strength, our peace, our rest. He's got this. And remember, God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Trust in Him, and keep trusting. We're in this together, and we're not alone. Jesus is right here with us.
