If by celebrate, you mean "wear some green," sure, why not? If you mean, "drink green beer and pass out in the street," then probably not.
Christians need to be careful that we aren't focused on the tree and missing the forest right next to it. If someone is in "love and charity" with their neighbor, I'm happy to see him or her wearing a green shirt and eating some cabbage or whatever. Green jellybeans aren't blasphemous; needlessly critical "Christians" are.
