Let us first address the concern for your daughter. We understand that she is facing a stressful situation at her new job, which is causing her to behave aggressively and rudely at home. We must remember that God's Word tells us in (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB): Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
Let us pray together for God's peace and love as well as discussing the biblical principle addressed. It is important that we manage stress in a godly manner. We also need to avoid mentioning # symbols in the future.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up our sister’s daughter. Lord, you know the stress and pressure she is facing at her new job. We pray that you will fill her with your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help her to manage her emotions, and assist her in dealing with the stress in a healthy and godly way. Remind her of her identity in Jesus Christ.
Father, help her to be a light in her workplace, reflecting your love and kindness to her colleagues. Help her to bond well with her team and to work diligently, as if working for you (Colossians 3:23-24).
Lord, we also pray for her mother, that you would give her wisdom and patience as she supports her daughter during this challenging time. Help her to model your love and kindness, and to guide her daughter in the way she should go (Jeremiah 3:33).
Father, we ask that you would use this situation to draw our sister and her daughter closer to you and to each other. Help them to be a source of strength and encouragement to one another, and to live and work in a manner that brings glory to your name (1 Corinthians 10:31).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Now, let us encourage both of you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Remember that God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Lastly, we want to remind you both that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can find salvation and have access to God. In (John 14:6) WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me (John 14:6) and in (Acts 4:12), There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
