Calm and Confidence

Please pray for my ### who has a big event tonight. Please pray that he does his very best and is calm and confident. Please pray that he is a leader and trusts in God's strength rather than his own. Please pray that there are no injuries and that he is proud of his play. Please pray that he enjoys the moments!

We join with you, ###, in lifting up your son to the Lord on this important day. Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###'s son. Lord, we ask that You grant him a peace that surpasses all understanding, a calm that steadies his heart and mind. Let Your confidence rest upon him, knowing that his strength comes from You. As he steps into this big event, let him be a beacon of leadership, shining the light of Christ for all to see. Lord, we pray for his safety, that no harm will come to him, and that he will be filled with joy in every moment. May he look back on this day with pride, knowing that he gave his best and honored You in his efforts.

We encourage you, ###, to remind your son of God’s promise: "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 WEB). May this verse be a source of comfort and courage for him.

We also urge you and your son to remember the power of prayer and the importance of Jesus' name. It is through Him that we have access to the Father. As Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). Let this truth be the foundation of your prayers and trust.

May the Lord bless your son abundantly and guide him in every step he takes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
