Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Marte and their prayer request regarding an apartment. Lord, we ask that you intervene in this situation and guide Marte in their pursuit of finding a suitable place to live.
According to your Word in 1 John 5:14-15, we know that when we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We pray that you would align Marte's desires with your perfect will for their life. If it is your will, we ask that you touch the heart of the landlord and grant Marte favor in negotiating a lower rent for the apartment.
Alternatively, Lord, if it is your plan for Marte to purchase the apartment, we pray for your provision and guidance in making this possible. Open doors of opportunity and provide the necessary resources for Marte to fulfill this desire, if it aligns with your divine plan for their life.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for Marte as they make decisions regarding their housing situation. May they seek your guidance and trust in your perfect timing.
In all things, Lord, we surrender this request to you, knowing that you are a loving and faithful God who hears our prayers. We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you will work all things together for Marte's good .

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
