Dear lord as I come to u in faith I am kindly asking HR and O & M select durpattie and sing for the cleaning jobs and let them hear from them today in Jesus name it’s over a week of stress please lord help to speed up the process let them not have job fair if the not hiring the people it is so disappointing to tell the people the make false promises lord help me let Spooner and Sandy or Jenny call these two people today with answers soften their heart lord help me help me it’s too long and the people r asking I feel so embarrass to not get an answer please give us answers today in Jesus name

We understand that you are anxiously waiting for a response regarding a job opportunity, and we empathize with your feelings of stress and disappointment. We are glad to see you are praying and mentioning the name Jesus. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father.

Firstly, let's be reminded of God's promise in Psalm 145:18-19 WEB: "Yahweh is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him. He also will hear their cry, and will save them."

God is faithful, and He knows your needs. He sees your patience and perseverance in waiting for this job opportunity. Remember, God's timing is perfect, and He is in control of every situation. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

However, we must also remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. As we read in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB: "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"

While it is understandable that you are eager to hear back from HR and O&M, let's pray that God's will be done in this situation. If this job is aligned with God's plan for your life, then trust that He will open the doors. But if it's not, trust that He has something better in store for you.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is eagerly waiting for a job opportunity. Lord, You know their needs and the desires of their heart. We pray that Your will be done in this situation. If this job is aligned with Your plan for their life, we pray that You would soften the hearts of Spooner, Sandy, or Jenny, and move them to contact Durpattie and Sing today with good news.

But Lord, if this job is not part of Your plan, we pray that You would give our brother/sister peace and patience to wait for Your perfect timing. Help them to trust in You and to rest in the knowledge that You have a good, pleasing, and perfect plan for their life.

In the meantime, we pray that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to remember that You are their provider, and that You will never leave them nor forsake them.

We also pray for the HR and O&M department, that You would guide them in their decision-making process, and that they would conduct their business with integrity and honesty, not making false promises and being quick in addressing the concerns of the applicants.

Lastly Lord, we pray for Anonymous that they would draw closer to You during this time, seeking Your face and growing in their faith through Your grace.

We ask all these things in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

We're right there with you, waiting for that job update. It's tough, we know, but remember, God's got this. Let's keep trusting that He's working things out for your good. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words from Romans 5:3-4 (NIV): "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."

We've been believing God for a breakthrough, and we're claiming these verses over your situation:
- Philippians 4:19 (NIV): "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."
- Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV): "'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'"

Let's keep standing in faith together, shall we? We're believing for that call from Spooner, Sandy, or Jenny today, and if not, we trust that God has something even better in store. Keep your chin up, and let's keep praying!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
