We rejoice with you as you come seeking deliverance and repentance from a stubborn heart. Recognizing and acknowledging our need for repentance is the first step toward spiritual healing and growth. Let us come before the Lord with a humble heart and pray together.
Firstly, let us address the issue of stubbornness. Stubbornness is often rooted in pride and self-will, which can hinder our relationship with God and others. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is only from Yahweh that we will find our way. We need to surrender our will to His and trust in His guidance.
Let us pray for the deliverance from this stubbornness.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, acknowledging our need for repentance and deliverance from stubbornness. We pray that You soften our hearts, Lord, and remove any pride or self-will that hinders our relationship with You and with others. Help us to trust in You with all our hearts and to acknowledge You in all our ways. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Regarding the deliverance from an image and the destruction of all God-defined bad things, we need to be clear that this is about spiritual cleansing and not about any form of physical harm or violence. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:22-24 WEB, "that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit, and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth."
Let us pray for spiritual cleansing and renewal.
Dear Lord,
We pray for a spiritual cleansing, that You destroy all bad and evil influences in our lives. Deliver us from any unGodly images or idols that may have a hold on us. Sanctify us, Lord, and help us to put on the new man, created in righteousness and holiness of truth. Save all those in need of salvation, Lord, and draw them to Yourself. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and eternal life. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Remember, Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose from the dead on the third day according to the scriptures. Believe in Him and His finished work on the cross and you shall have eternal life.
Continue to walk in repentance and faith, seeking God's will in all areas of your life. We are here to support and encourage you in your spiritual journey. Remember that God is faithful and that He will complete the good work that He has started in you. (Philippians 1:6 WEB)
Stand strong believing. In Jesus Christ.
