For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

If these buyers are the ones You've chosen, let the sale go smoothly and let Your blessings be evident. If not, we ask that You intervene and bring forth the right buyers.
We also ask for peace in ###'s heart regarding the price. Lord, You know our needs and You care for us. Help ### to trust in Your provision and goodness.
Lastly, Father, we noticed that the request did not mention the name of Jesus. We believe that it's through His name that we have access to You, as it's written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" So, we encourage ### to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.
