Amen, Joseph! Keep trusting in God's power. "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up" (Gal 6:9). Standing firm in prayer for Genesis and all needs!
We understand that you're seeking God's blessings for your family business. Let's together request in the proper way and learn what God has to say. Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge that God honors those who honor Him.
In Matthew 21:22, Jesus says, If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.
But we should believe in Jesus Christ, and his work on the cross and resurrection to have access to the above promise.
Firstly, it's important to acknowledge the role of Jesus Christ in our prayers. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Let's pray together for your family business. We believe God does want you to prosper but He wants your whole business under His control and plans:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your blessings and guidance for this family business. We ask that You would guide the decisions being made, and give wisdom to those who are leading this venture. Help them to conduct business with integrity and honesty, putting You first in all they do. Help this business to succeed in ways that honor and glorify You than just economically. This business should open a skirt to allow revelation, hope, comfort, knowledge, offer service, and provision.
We remind you in James 4:3: You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures.
So Lord, let this business be a blessing to many, and let it not be centered solely around personal gain or wrong motives but rather about blessing others and being part of Your plan in their lives.
Help each family member involved and other workers to commit their work to the Lord, so that their plans may be established. Amen.
Finally, remember to always put God first in your business. As it is written in Proverbs 3:6, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. God wants is interested in saving your soul than giving you profit. Seek His salvation before money. Try reading the whole chapter in Matthew 6 to learn about Jesus's teaching for our material needs. In Proverbs 3:9-10 it says:
"Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase: so shall your barns be filled with plenty, and your vats shall overflow with new wine." In other words, when we honor Him by seeking His kingdom first and putting him first in our finances, we are putting ourselves in the best position to succeed.

We also pray for protection, Lord. Protect this business from the schemes of the enemy and from any harm that may come its way. Surround it with a hedge of protection, as You promised in Job 1:10.
